All of these shots were edited in Photoshop except for #5. All of the images received a saturation and level adjustment. The black and white and sepia photos were edited with adjustment layers. I adjusted the colors of those layers. # 3 was given a Gaussian blur that was brushed away using the brush tool. #9 had a text box placed in it with a Stencil Stud font I reduced the opacity of it to give it a ghostly feeling. Bannack was a great place to do a photo shoot. Ghosts and ticks aside, this was an amazing place.

  1. Excellent work! As I was going through your pictures I kept thinking "where was that?" You found some really cool photo opportunities. I especially like the one with the nails and the sky. Your sky turned out looking nicely saturated and dramatic and I love the different levels of the nails. Nicely done.

  2. "Reflecting the Past" is a wonderfully imaginative shot. I like the contrast between the color in the window and the desaturated walls of the building. Your other shots look very interesting as well with all the different angles you took.

  3. I loved your composition. All the different angles and use of thirds are awesome. If I had to pick a favorite of your favorites, it would probably the barber chair with the 'Bannack' text. I think it's a nice representative piece that captures the essence of the trip. Nice work!
